Mark Miller
Principal at LGT Capital Partners

Mark Miller (British) is a Principal on the Business Development team at LGT Capital Partners in London. He is responsible for the firm’s business development activities in the UK. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, he worked for Federated Hermes International as Head of Global Client Group. Before that, he held institutional leadership positions for companies including Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, Fidelity International and Legal & General Investment Management. Mr. Miller holds a BA (Honors) in Politics from the University of East Anglia and is fluent in English.

Pius Fritschi
Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Pius Fritschi (Swiss) is a Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is responsible for the firm’s global client related activities and leads the Liquid Markets Growth business. He is a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the firm’s Client Committee.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Fritschi was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, serving banks, insurance companies and asset managers on a broad range of topics. Among others, he co-led McKinsey’s European Life Insurance & Asset Management Practice for several years. During his 15 years at McKinsey, Mr. Fritschi worked out of Zurich, Sydney and Mexico City offices, serving clients from all over the world. In 2006, he joined Horizon21, an alternative investment boutique in Switzerland, as Partner and Deputy-CEO.
Mr. Fritschi holds an MA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Basel. He is fluent in German, English, French and Spanish.

Ivan Vercoutere
Managing Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Ivan Vercoutère (French) is a Managing Partner and co-founder of LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is co-heading the global Private Equity team and is a member of the Executive Committee. He also chairs the private equity Global Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the Firm in 1998, Ivan was Vice President and a member of the investment committee of Pacific Corporate Group, Inc. (PCG), a California-based global private equity advisor and manager. While at PCG he was responsible for evaluating, performing due diligence on, negotiating, and monitoring US and European-based private equity investments and portfolios on behalf of institutional investors, including The World Bank, CalPERS, the State of Oregon, the State of Rhode Island and PCG’s fund of funds.
He holds a BSc in Finance from San Diego State University and serves on the advisory board of a number of private equity funds. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Thomas Kyriakoudis
Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Thomas Kyriakoudis (British) is a Partner at LGT Capital Partners in London, and is the co-head for our Private Credit Solutions team. He is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of private credit transactions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Mr. Kyriakoudis was a Partner and CIO at Permira Credit, one of Europe’s largest private credit managers. As one of the two initial partners, Mr. Kyriakoudis helped to build the business from the ground up to around EUR 10 billion in assets under management. During his 13 years at Permira, Mr. Kyriakoudis was a member of all Permira Credit Investment Committees, founded the structured credit business, was co-portfolio manager of the CLO business and led a significant number of direct lending transactions. Prior to Permira, Mr. Kyriakoudis worked on the structured credit trading desk of Morgan Stanley in London.
Mr. Kyriakoudis holds an MA in Business Administration from the London Business School and an MSC in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Sascha Gruber
Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Sascha Gruber (Swiss) is a Partner at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is responsible for the Secondaries team and is a member of both the Executive Committee and the private equity Global Investment Committee for secondary, US primary and private credit investments.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2002, he studied banking and finance at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland, receiving his MA in Economics in 2002. He also completed the PLD executive management program at Harvard Business School in 2010. He is fluent in English, German, Italian and French.

Caroline Bradshaw
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Caroline Bradshaw (British) is an Executive Director on the Business Development team at LGT Capital Partners in London. She is responsible for the business development of institutional clients in the UK. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, she worked for Unigestion Asset Management on the Institutional Clients team, where she was responsible for UK-based investors. Prior to that, she worked at MVision Private Equity Advisers, where she focused on placing private equity funds with UK institutional investors. She started her career in 2007 at Merrill Lynch on the UK Mergers & Acquisitions team. Mrs. Bradshaw holds a BA (Honors) in Business Finance from Durham University. She is fluent in English.

Keimpe Keuning
Principal at LGT Capital Partners

Keimpe Keuning, CAIA, (Dutch) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is an investment committee member. Mr. Keuning leads the private markets ESG team and is one of the leaders in LGT Capital Partners’ impact investing activities.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2018, he was portfolio manager for sustainable private equity at RobecoSAM in Zurich, a boutique investment firm focusing on sustainable and responsible investing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keuning worked for Fortis Bank as an associate director in investment banking in Amsterdam.

He holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Leiden University and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.

Jonathan Smith
Principal at LGT Capital Partners

Jonathan Smith is a Principal at LGT Private Debt Ltd. (formerly European Capital). He is responsible for origination, execution and portfolio monitoring across the UK & Ireland, Netherlands and Nordic regions.

Mr. Smith joined the firm in 2019. He started his career as a graduate within Lloyds Bank before spending four years in the bank’s restructuring team in New York. Upon returning to London, Mr. Smith spent time in the Lloyds Leveraged Finance Restructuring team before moving to the Leveraged Originations team in 2013. There he completed over 25 sponsor and non-sponsor backed transactions including loan underwrites, high yield bonds, bilateral facilities, bank clubs and super senior RCFs.

Mr. Smith graduated from Nottingham Trent University.

Pia Skogstrom
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Pia Skogstrom (Swedish) is an Executive Director on the Business Development team at LGT Capital Partners in London. She is responsible for the business development of institutional and wealth management clients in the UK.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Ms. Skogstrom was the head of investor relations at KGR Capital, a specialist fund of hedge fund manager that was acquired by LGT Capital Partners in 2008. Before joining KGR Capital, Ms. Skogstrom worked for Integrated Asset Management, a global fund of hedge fund manager, and prior to that spent four years in the technology venture capital sector.

Ms. Skogstrom is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and is registered with the FSA. She is fluent in English and Swedish.

Andreas Hellmann
Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Andreas Hellmann (German) is a Partner at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of co-investments and direct secondaries.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, he completed an assignment with Orlando, a Munich-based private equity firm.
He holds an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and an MSc in Management from HEC Paris. He is fluent in English, German and French.

Tommaso Crackett
Principal at LGT Capital Partners

Tommaso Crackett (Italian/British) is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners in London. He is responsible for origination, due diligence, execution and monitoring of co-investments.
He originally joined the firm in 2012. He briefly left to act as an investment director at UK middle market buyout fund Livingbridge, and then he rejoined LGT CP in 2019. Mr. Crackett started his career at Deloitte in London, where he focused on financial modeling and analysis.
He holds an MSc in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and a BA in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French.

Dan Chapman
Associate Director at LGT Capital Partners

Daniel Chapman (British) is an Associate Director on the Business Development team at LGT Capital Partners in London. He is responsible for the business development of institutional clients in the UK.

Prior to joining LGT in 2023, he worked at Abrdn in London, where his responsibilities included institutional clients, private markets, and business development.

Mr. Chapman holds a BA of French Studies from the University of Warwick. He is fluent in English and French.

Max Flugel
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Max Flugel (German/UK) is an Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners in London. He joined alongside Adam Reynolds to establish and Co-PM a new liquid credit strategy that operates within the Private Credit Solutions business and will invest in Loans/HY/CLOs and ABS.

Prior to joining LGT Group, Max was in charge of the ABS/CLO strategy at Chenavari Investment Managers, as part of this role he was in charge of managing positions within the portfolio as well as the day-to-day cash management of the fund. Prior to this role Max started work within the Risk management team, also at Chenavari, with a focus on more liquid strategies.

Max holds an MSc in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Manchester. He is fluent in English and German.

Adam Reynolds
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Adam Reynolds (British) is an Associate Director at LGT Capital Partners in London. He joined alongside Max Flugel to establish and Co-PM a new liquid credit strategy that operates within the Private Credit Solutions business and will invest in Loans/HY/CLOs and ABS.

Prior to joining LGT Group, Adam was the European Collateralised Loan Obligations trader at Morgan Stanley in London. He had risk oversight on the European structured credit investment book managing asset allocation between the various structured asset classes, hedging and leverage facilities. Prior to that he worked at Permira where he was part of the Collateralised Loan Obligations investment team.

Adam holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham. He is fluent in English.

Nick Smith
Managing Director at AIMA

Nick Smith joined AIMA in February 2017 and is the Managing Director, Private Credit for AIMA’s private credit affiliate, the Alternative Credit Council (ACC). His role focuses on public policy and regulatory issues affecting private credit managers as well as the ACC’s active research and events programme.

Nick is a financial services policy and government affairs specialist having previously worked in advocacy roles for the retail, banking and asset finance sectors. Nick has a degree in Politics and Modern History from the University of Manchester and Chairs the networking group Labour in the City.

Roger Hilty
Partner at LGT Capital Partners

Roger Hilty (Swiss) is a Partner on the Liquid Markets Multi-Manager team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. He is co-responsible for the Liquid Markets Multi-Manager team. Further, he is a member of the Liquid Markets Management Team and the Liquid Markets Multi-Manager Investment Committee.
Mr. Hilty joined the firm in September 2004 from LGT Bank AG, where he started his career in January 2000 in the Trading/Treasury division. From 2000 to 2004, his responsibilities involved activities in equity, fixed-income, currency and commodity exchange traded and OTC products as well as processing of transactions for Asian, European and US markets. Prior to working in Finance, Mr. Hilty was a professional road racing cyclist in the international cycling team GS Ericsson Villiger (ERI).
Mr. Hilty has an MBA in Finance and a BA in Business Administration from University of Liechtenstein. He is fluent in German and English.

Ingrid Frissen
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Ingrid Frissen (Belgian) is an Executive Director on the Liquid Markets Multi-Manager team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland. Ms. Frissen serves as a Portfolio Manager and is co-responsible for LGT Crown Alpha.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, she worked at Unigestion in Geneva where she was a vice president covering event driven and equity long/short strategies. Ms. Frissen started her career in 1999 at Scotia Capital Markets in Toronto, Canada where she was an analyst in the investment banking division. In 2001, Ms. Frissen joined the proprietary trading desk at TD Newcrest, Toronto Dominion where she was an investment analyst. She subsequently joined Talisman Capital Partners in 2002 as an analyst/portfolio manager.

Ms. Frissen received her degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp in 1997 and an MSc in Finance from HEC in Montreal, Canada in 1999. Ms. Frissen is also a CFA Charterholder. She is fluent in English, German, French and Dutch.

HSH Prince Max von und Liechtenstein
Group Chief Executive Officer LGT Group

H.S.H. Prince Max von und zu Liechtenstein has been Chief Executive Officer of LGT Group since 2006.

Prince Max started his professional career in 1993 as an investment analyst and associate at JPMorgan Partners in New York. After five years in the United States, he returned to Europe in 1998 to work for the private equity group IK as an Associate Director in London and Hamburg. In 2000, he rejoined JPMorgan Partners as a Director in London before becoming the Head of JPMorgan Partners’ German office in 2003.

H.S.H. Prince Max has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School.

Tomi Einesalo
Executive Director at LGT Capital Partners

Tomi Einesalo (Finnish) is an Executive Director within the Emerging Markets Fixed Income team at LGT Capital Partners in Pfaeffikon, Switzerland.

He started his career in 2007 in derivatives sales for equity and fixed income derivatives at Evli Bank. Previously, he worked as a trader/market maker for Danske Bank and Pohjola Bank. From 2014 to 2021, he was a portfolio manager for emerging market debt at Aktia Asset Management.

Mr. Einesalo holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Vaasa. He is fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Karen Hurst
Policy Manager, Access to Capital - BVCA

Karen leads on the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association’s (BVCA) pensions policy work, including coordinating two reports on pensions reform with the Pensions & Private Expert Panel. Prior to joining the BVCA, she worked at PwC, and on investment policy at the Pensions & Lifetime Savings Association.

With a membership of over 600 firms, the BVCA represents UK-based private capital, as well as the wider ecosystem of professional advisers and investors.
